We are currently focused on the redevelopment of areas of urban Nanaimo, providing a variety of housing solutions and intelligent densification aimed at building a thriving commercial downtown centre. Our vision aligns with that of the City of Nanaimo, and we understand and respect their objectives in our design development.

MIKE PARKER

Mike has been involved in all facets of the residential construction industry for over 25 years. Principle has from the very start focused on developing and selling quality homes in a positive and productive work environment, and Mike remains hands-on with each project through to completion and beyond, to ensure that this promise is fulfilled.

MATT HANSEN
ARCHITECT AIBC
Matt is an accomplished and widely reputed Architect, and has received multiple design awards and accolades for multi-family developments and custom homes.With a Bachelor of Architecture (University of Idaho, 1989), Matt interned, worked, and went on to establish the Matthew T. Hansen Architect firm in 1995, all in his hometown, Vancouver. Matt is an active member on several committees and panels focused on community development.

BILL XING
PROJECT MANAGER
Bill has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering (UBC), an Associate Certificate in Project Management (BCIT), a Certificate in Project Management (Project Management Institute), and years of on-site experience working as a framing carpenter, roofer, and site lab technician.
Bill applies his expertise to building quality homes from the ground up. His solid work ethic, warm personality, and leadership skills make him an invaluable asset to the Principle team. Bill is also fluent in Mandarin.
